Raven 1 Year Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
Raven rods are warranted against any manufacturing defect for one (1) Year from the date of purchase. The broken rod, in its entirety, and the original dated receipt must be returned postage paid to Anglers International Inc. for repair or replacement. Please note if the receipt is not sent with the rod, the repair will be completed under the 2-5 Year Coverage.
Raven 2-5 Year Coverage
We will repair any Raven rod (IM6, IM8, RV9 and RPX) that is broken, for any reason, for the original owner. The broken rod in its entirety, and the original dated receipt must be returned postage paid to Anglers International Inc. for repair or replacement.
A fee of $45 will apply for any broken rod section replaced. A fee of $85 will be charged if the entire rod is replaced. The fees for the RPX rods are $75 for a tip section and $175 for a full rod replacement. Taxes and return shipping charges apply.
Raven 5 Year to Lifetime Coverage
We will replace any Raven rod for the original owner with the same or equivalent model. The broken rod in its entirety, and the original dated receipt must be returned postage paid to Anglers International Inc. for replacement.
A fee of 50% of Suggested Retail Price will apply for the replacement rod of the same or equivalent rod model. Taxes and return shipping charges apply.
HELIX Rod Extended 2 Year Coverage and Warranty
We will repair any Helix rod that is broken, for any reason, within the first two (2) years of ownership. The broken rod, in its entirety, and the original dated receipt must be returned postage paid to Anglers International Inc. for repair or replacement. A fee of $35.00 will apply for any broken rod section replaced. A fee of $65.00 will be charged if the entire rod is replaced. Taxes and return shipping charges apply.
Helix 1 Year Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects – Helix rods are warranted against any manufacturing defect for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The broken rod, in its entirety, and the original dated receipt must be returned postage paid to Anglers International Inc. for repair or replacement. If the receipt is not sent with the rod, the repair will be completed under the Helix Extended 2 Year Coverage program. Any misuse, damage, modification or unauthorized repair automatically voids this warranty. Return shipping charges apply.
MATRIX and HELIX Centerpin Reel Warranty
Raven 5 Year Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects – Raven reels are warranted against any manufacturing defect for five (5) years from the date of purchase. The reel, and the original dated receipt must be returned postage paid to Anglers International Inc. for repair. Any misuse, damage, modification or unauthorized repair automatically voids this warranty. Taxes and return shipping charges apply.
Matrix and Helix 1 Year Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects – Matrix reels are warranted against any manufacturing defect for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The reel, and the original dated receipt must be returned postage paid to Anglers International Inc. for repair. Any misuse, damage, modification or unauthorized repair automatically voids this warranty. Taxes and return shipping charges apply.
Anglers International Inc. reserves the right to modify this warranty/coverage program without notice.
