What an amazing reel – it is buttery smooth and looks great. But my 5 star rating is not only for its quality and workmanship. Raven stands behind their product and have an amazing customer service. While salmon fishing, i dropped my tension screw in the river. I sent them an email within an hour trying to see where i can buy a replacement. They replied within an hour and asked for my address to send the replacement. It is great to see a company who is as responsive as raven and stands behind their product 110%.
